Software Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and manage customer accounts
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead campaigns
- Conduct live product demonstrations and clearly communicate value to prospects
- Onboard and train new clients for successful adoption
- Provide customer support and ensure customer success
- Simplify complex software concepts for a broad audience
- Optional: Represent Bradford Technologies at industry trade shows and events
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States
- 1–2 years of sales experience in SaaS, tech, or a similar environment (inside sales, lead generation, etc.)
- Proven ability to qualify and develop inbound/outbound leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented
- Technical fluency with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot software
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
