Stop Retyping MLS Data with a Custom MLS Connection in ClickFORMS
If your MLS is a good source of data, you're probably retyping more than ten fields of data for every listing you use. This is time consuming, energy draining and a waste of your time.

It’s time to get a direct connection between your MLS and ClickFORMS. This tool allows you to import your MLS property data directly into ClickFORMS in a few simple clicks – no more retyping!

Custom MLS Connection. In order for you to import your MLS data into ClickFORMS, we need to create a “map” file that will let ClickFORMS know how to read your MLS data. As you know, every MLS is different so everyone requires a unique “map” file. As part of the MLS integration service, we will create “map” between your MLS service and ClickFORMS. Next, using our new Live Remote training, we can show you (using your own computer) how to use your new MLS Connection to import data directly into ClickFORMS and make retyping data a thing of the past.

We will provide everything you need to get started. We guarantee each Custom MLS Connection for one full year. If your MLS service changes the export data files, we will update your custom connection for free within one year of purchase.

How it works
In order for you to import your MLS data into ClickFORMS, we need to create a “map” file that will let ClickFORMS know how to read your MLS data. As you know, every MLS is different so every MLS requires a different map file. As part of the MLS Integration Service, we will create the “map” between your MLS data and ClickFORMS.

Step 1: Export data from your MLS provider
You will need to export data from an MLS search into a format that we can use to create your custom map. The file types that are acceptable are plain text (.txt), comma separated value (.csv), or tab delimited (.txt). Other formats, such as .pdf, .doc, etc. are not acceptable file formats. Please contact your MLS provider directly if you have problems exporting a file to one of our acceptable formats.

Step 2: Complete the MLS Mapping Document
This document will help our MLS Map Designer to determine the association that you want to have between the MLS data fields and cells in the ClickFORMS report. For instance, you may want the “MLS Record Identifier” to be placed in the "Verification of Source" cell in your appraisal report.

Step 3: Send your MLS search data and mapping document back to us
Send us your exported file and mapping document via email.

Step 4: We create a custom map file
Within ten days, we'll send you your custom map file so you can start importing MLS data directly into ClickFORMS. If you wish, we'll even show you how to use your new connection via our Live Remote training.

We guarantee the Custom MLS Integration for a year. If your MLS service provider changes the export data file, we will update your map file for FREE within one year of your purchase date.
