Automated Property Data Import

ClickFORMS appraisal software introduces another first for the industry with its new Property Data Import (PDI) feature. Now appraisers can take property data directly from local and national data sources and import it directly into ClickFORMS with no re-entry of data. Offered as a feature of AppraisalWorld Connection, PDI supports our unrelenting goal to maximize the productivity for our customers by eliminating the need to type property data into reports. This is a critical factor, not just for some appraisers, but for EVERY appraiser. National Property Databases ClickFORMS can efficiently import property information from several national databases.

Included are data sources from First American, a leader in providing comprehensive property information across the country, covering more than 95% of all U.S. real estate transactions. ClickFORMS is also integrated with FNC, bringing you more than 80 million parcels of real estate property data from appraisal records and public record data. Additionally, ClickFORMS allows full integration of NDCdata, providing time-saving auto-populate features. NDCdata provides online public records and appraisers data - enhanced, complete data that is updated weekly. Custom Property Databases
On a daily basis, most appraisers rely far more heavily on their local MLS and regional property database providers than the national providers.

For this reason, Bradford Technologies offers a special service to provide custom integrations to local databases. We will create a separate custom integration for each source you currently use. Then adding property data to your reports becomes a simple 4-click process.

How it Works
A simple two-step process for importing property data will save you weeks of time every year. For any data service you subscribe to, you will obtain search results from which you will select properties you want to add to your report, either for your subject, or to populate your comparables grid. We have streamlined this process to save you time.

1. Export search results to a delimited text file.
2. Import the text file into ClickFORMS, selecting the desired properties.

Each search result may produce many properties from which to choose. ClickFORMS' importer allows you to preview and select each property that you want to bring into your report, and select its destination. For each property select Subject, Comp1, Comp2, etc. Select transfer and you are done.
