We have had quite a few questions concerning the UAD Compliance service, so we want to take this opportunity to answer many of your questions.
Q. Is the $199 UAD Compliance Service fee a yearly
fee?
A. No. It is a one time fee. Any changes, updates to
the service that occur will be provided at no additional charge.
Q. Why is UAD Compliance a one time fee and not a yearly
subscription?
A. It took 18 months to implement UAD and the lenders
don't actually start to use until next year. So UAD will not
change until the lenders go through their ramp up and the
system is working smoothly. So if there are any changes, our
estimation is that they may take place in 2013. We do expect
4 other forms to be added to the UAD requirements - we will
cover these new forms at no additional charge.
Q. What is the benefit of a one time fee?
A. The benefit to you is that your ClickFORMS maintenance
yearly fee did NOT go up.
Q. Can I use the UAD Compliance service on a transaction
basis?
A. We have had some requests for this. We will try
to accommodate this in the future.
Q. Do I have to pay for UAD Training? Other companies
are charging for it.
A. There is no separate training fee. Once you purchase
the UAD Compliance Service, you are eligible to take the training.
You can take multiple times if you desire.
Q. When can I take the UAD Training?
A. You can schedule your training today. The training
schedule is on line so you can select what day is most convenient
for you to take the training. The training will be focused
on a first time user and introduce you to the new requirements
of UAD and how ClickFORMS will help you comply.
Q. When should I take the UAD Training?
A. Do not wait until August! Now is the best time.
Right now, we are offering small daily interactive webinars
so you can get personal attention and have your concerns and
questions answered.
Q. How often can I take the UAD Compliance training?
A. You can take the training multiple times. We suggest
that you start soon, learn what is required. Get your questions
answered. The session is geared to a novice UAD user. If you
want to take a second look when we release the Power User
version, you can a quick review session at that time. Again
- don't wait until August. We expect all sessions to be completely
full during that time and difficult to get into.
Q. When will ClickFORMS with the UAD Compliance service
be released?
A. First release will be in late June. Because we are
deploying UAD with three interface modes: First Look, Power
User and Ultimate, we will be releasing it in stages. First
release will have the First Look interface and be released
in late June.
Q. What are the benefits of the ClickFORMS UAD Compliance
implementation over the competition?
A. There are a number of benefits over our competitors
that you should note:
• You DON'T have to learn new software like some of
our competitors users are forced to do. Its still hassle-free,
easy to use ClickFORMS.
• We DON'T charge a transaction fee per report, once
you get your UAD module, it's back to the way you have always
done your reports
• You DON'T need to learn specific UAD formats, we took
care of this for you
• We implemented compliance in 3 modes so you can easily
move into Power User mode and dramatically increase your productivity.
