The AppraisalWorld Connection "connects" you with the outside world (i.e. services outside of ClickFORMS). This is a connection module that allows ClickFORMS to connect to appraisal networks such as the AppraisalPort site and the Lighthouse appraisal transmission tool. It also allows integration with outside sources of property data such as AIRD and First Americans’ data provider products. We are currently working with other state and national providers to integrate property data into ClickFORMS.

This is a summary of what the AppraisalWorld Connection provides.

• AppraisalPort Connectivity. Using AI Ready formats, ClickFORMS can send completed reports and receive orders from the AppraisalPort website. The seamless integration of order information into ClickFORMS is the best in the industry. ClickFORMS has the highest compliance rating.
• Lighthouse Connectivity: Using ACI proprietary formats, ClickFORMS can send completed reports to the Lighthouse module for transmission to lenders requesting Lighthouse formatted reports. Please call 800-234-8727 to purchase the Lighthouse software.
• AIRD (Appraisal Institute Residential Database) Integration: Using the AI Ready format, property data can be imported into ClickFORMS after downloading a successful search of the property on the AIRD site.
• Win2Data Property Data Integration: Subject and Comparable property information can be imported into ClickFORMS.
• MetroScan Property Data Integration: Subject and Comparable property information can be imported into ClickFORMS.
• RealQuest Property Data Integration: Subject and Comparable property information can be imported into ClickFORMS.
• NDC (National Data Collection) Integration: Subject, Comparable and Flood property information can be imported into ClickFORMS.
