How do I register ClickNotes Pro?
You can register by opening ClickNotes Pro and choosing the option to register.

Cannot connect online to register or evaluate ClickNotes Pro.
Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, that your Pocket PC is connected and synchronized to your computer, and that the Pass Through rule in your Microsoft ActiveSync is set to The Internet. See the User Guide for more details »

Can’t find ClickNotes Pro in ClickFORMS.
Make sure you are using ClickFORMS 3.1 or higher.
If you are, you will find ClickNotes in the Tools menu.
When I open the ClickNotes Connection, everything is grayed out.
Make sure that you have a report or template open in ClickFORMS.
How do I use ClickNotes Pro at home and at the office PC?
Make sure that you have established a partnership with Microsoft ActiveSync and that you are using ClickFORMS 3.1 or higher. |
