Flexibility

The appraiser has total control of the appraisal methodology that is delivered to the client by creating a report that satisfies their specified needs.
The UAAR can be expanded to over 500 pages, or tailored to Restricted Use formats with only a few pages.
The user can elect to add pages into the report container at anytime and the values already entered will automatically populate any new cells.
The sales in the database can be pulled into the reports analyzed, and then deleted or saved at the appraiser’s discretion depending on the needs of the client.

Time Savings

The UAAR 2005 program has standardized the transfer of data throughout the forms which will eliminate the duplication of data entry.
The user's ability to import pictures, maps, and exhibits into the report container will reduce time and costs.
The DataLog (sales database) in UAAR2005 can be either transferred to any other user, thus creating a sales research library, or called into Microsoft applications for word processing.
The reports completed in the program can be sent in PDF format to other users or clients who may not have the UAAR2005 program.
The reports done by the appraiser can be saved to a template for future use.
