Flexibility
- The appraiser has total control of the appraisal methodology that is delivered to the client by creating a report that satisfies their specified needs.
- The UAAR can be expanded to over 500 pages, or tailored to Restricted Use formats with only a few pages.
- The user can elect to add pages into the report container at anytime and the values already entered will automatically populate any new cells.
- The sales in the database can be pulled into the reports analyzed, and then deleted or saved at the appraiser’s discretion depending on the needs of the client.

- The UAAR 2005™ program has standardized the transfer of data throughout the forms which will eliminate the duplication of data entry.
- The user's ability to import pictures, maps, and exhibits into the report container will reduce time and costs.
