All users on ClickFORMS Software Maintenance can automatically update to the new version by using the ClickFORMS “Check For Updates” option located under the Help menu. Bradford Technologies New Hire Announcement

Bradford Technologies, the leader in hassle-free appraisal software, is pleased to announce the addition of Ann E. Johnson as marketing director, reporting to president, Jeff Bradford. Her main focus will be to promote AppraisalWorld, and its extensive line of products and services, to real estate professionals.

Formerly marketing manager with HID Global, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, Ms. Johnson is a marketing professional with extensive marketing communications, corporate communications, and public relations experience. She possesses a wealth of high-technology startup experience as well as a background within global companies such as MFS Communications, France Telecom, and Alcatel USA.

Ms. Johnson graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Memphis. A transplanted Michigander, Ms. Johnson not only enjoys working in fast-paced Silicon Valley, but pursuing her passions of hiking and landscape photography in Northern California.

Appraisal Institute 75th Anniversary Conference Recap

Bradford Technologies recently attended the Appraisal Institutes’ 75th Anniversary Conference in Las Vegas. The weather was hot (108º at times) but close to 1,000 attendees still made it to the conference. At our booth, all the buzz was about the UMPC. This new breed of tablet pc has appraisers thinking of how much time can be saved per report—especially when using ClickFORMS’ property inspection form; workflow toolbar; drag and drop capabilities; and automatic responses. The entire report can literally be completed, from start to finish, without setting foot in the office.
