We’re pleased to announce the latest release of ClickFORMS - Appraisal Software, version 5.0. All users on ClickFORMS Software Maintenance can automatically update to the new version by using the ClickFORMS Check For Updates option located under the Help menu. If your ClickFORMS Software Maintenance has expired, please call your account representative at 800-622-8727 (800-622-URAR) to renew and update.

Note: Anyone on Windows Vista or that does not presently have ClickForms installed, cannot update, they will need to download and install it from our website.

Major Changes

• AreaSketch Users - A New AreaSketch version will be installed. Then You will need to Re-Register
• New - Preferences interface has been completely changed to a much easier user interface
• New - WorkFlow Toolbar interface is expanded and enhanced
• New - Fidelity National Data Bank import - It can be found under Services, Property and Comp Data

Minor Changes

• Copy/Paste Comp - When copying a Comp from one report to another, it will now Copy ALL the Description and Adjustment information as is or holding down the Shift key while you select Copy Comp, it will only Paste the Description and NOT the Adjustments , which will then allow auto-adjustments to be calculated you have set for this Report..
• New Date Insert - We have now added a new menu item in ClickForms under Insert > insert Today's date or you can simply Use CTRL+D to insert it into the cell you have selected.
• Preferences - Added preference for rounding net/gross % to nearest tenth
• LightHouse - New Forms that convert  - HomeFocus Desktop Valuation ’06 & XComps, Supplemental REO Addendum, Hud Compliance Inspection
• AI Ready - New Forms that convert - Desktop Valuation Analysis & XComps

WorkFlow Toolbar

ClickFORMS 5.0 features a new toolbar. It’s called the WorkFlow™. We have turned the process of creating an appraisal report into a series (workflow) of simple clicks. Throughout this year, we will be improving this workflow to dramatically increase your productivity even more. Below is a screen shot of the new WorkFlow ™ Toolbar and short summary of its buttons.

2. Click to access Clients, Comps and previous Reports
3. Click to get flood data and map on the subject property
4. Click to get the census tract number
5. Click to import the MLS data for comps and subject
6. Click to import property data on the comps and subject
7. Click to make automatic adjustments on the comps
8. Click to arrange the comps for final presentation
9. Click to have the location map created
10. Click to create the sketch of the subject
11. Click to get a Vero Value on the property to double check your value estimate.
12. Click to get a Swift Estimate cost estimate on for the cost approach
13. Click to import your photos
14. Click to insert any PDF documents such as the sales contract
15. Click to insert any other exhibits
16. Click to optimize (size-wise) all your report images
17. Click to check your spelling
18. Click to review your report for compliance
19. Click to sign your report
20. Click to upload your report to AppraisalWorld, Lighthouse or AppraisalPort

In areas where data is rich, it’s great to use as your primary source of property data. In areas where the data is not so rich (i.e. assessors want to keep it to themselves) it’s a great second source for verification purposes. What used to take up to half an hour just to verify the sales history data can now be done in seconds. This is a great new service and a tremendous time saver.
