Bradford Technologies Goes Green
On March 20, 2007, we flipped the switch on our new 30KW Solar Powered electrical generating system.
Earlier this year, Solarcity, Inc. installed 196 solar panels on the top of our office building at 302 Piercy Road.
Over the course of the year, the system is estimated to provide more power than is consumed, so we will be actually providing extra power to the electrical grid in Silicon Valley. Most importantly, we will be generating the extra power during the peak summer months when demand for electricity is the highest.“This is our way of being part of the solution and not part of the problem. Bradford Technologies has partnered with Fidelity Data Services to bring you national property data at the click of a button. Each click delivers assessment and sales history on the subject and up to 15 comparables.

In areas where data is rich, it’s great to use as your primary source of property data. In areas where the data is not so rich (i.e. assessors want to keep it to themselves) it’s a great second source for verification purposes. What used to take up to half an hour just to verify the sales history data can now be done in seconds. This is a great new service and a tremendous time saver. Look for this new service in the up coming version 5.0 of ClickFORMS.

The new appraiser directory in AppraisalWorld has raised the bar for directory services in the industry.
As the first directory to integrate street maps and an appraiser’s location of business, it is literally putting appraisers on the map and setting the standard for locating appraisers with the most local knowledge about a particular area. When you type in the subject address, the top 20 appraisers nearest the property are displayed.
