Closed on 12/15 - Moving to New Facilities
On Friday (December 15) we will be moving into new facilities. We will be closed part of Friday as the phone lines are switched between locations. We appreciate your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this move may cause. Please note that our web service servers are housed at an offsite server facility so there will not be any interruption of web services during the transition.

2007 is Our Twentieth Anniversary
2007 is Bradford Technologies twentieth anniversary of being in the appraisal software business. It’s quite a milestone and we’re very proud of the fact that we have been able to provide you with products and services that merit your business for twenty years.
In recognition of our Twentieth Anniversary we will be changing our business focus a bit. In the past, we focused on the individual appraiser; providing the products and services necessary to make you the most productive appraisers in the country. In the future, our focus will be on you as a group. Look for a letter from us in the near future detailing the changes. (For those of you that don’t like change – this is a good change :)

Holiday Sale – 20% Off
As many of you know, every Christmas holiday season, we have a 20% off sale on selected products and services. We are doing it again this year. The sale officially kicks off Monday the 18th, but if you want to order something like a Disto and have it arrive before Christmas, the earlier you call, the better. We have Disto A5’s for $359.

ClickFORMS Maintenance Fee Increasing in 2007
ClickFORMS Software Maintenance is increasing to $299 a year in 2007. If your maintenance is expiring in January or February, you may want to purchase it early. It’s a good tax write off and you can get it at the old price. |
