ClickFORMS v4.5 Released!

We are pleased to announce the latest ClickFORMS release. This new version now integrates with both the Appraisal Express Online Order Management System and File Center, our Online Storage System.

In addition, you can now populate your report with the flood data without having to bring in the map.
If you're an AreaSketch user, you will be pleased to see the addition of the area calculations now transfer into the sketch addendum page.

You must be current with your maintenance subscription in order to be eligible to use this version.

ONLINE ORDER MANAGEMENT

Appraisal Express - our new online order management system is now available. There is a version for both individual appraisers and multi-appraiser companies. The system has three components all seamlessly linked together: Appraisal Website, Online Order Management and ClickFORMS. Between ClickFORMS and the management system, you can send messages, download orders, upload reports for review and send completed reports as PDFs.

We have also added a new menu item in ClickFORMS called Orders. From here you can now send out all your orders. Note: you can now send reports to Appraisal Express, Appraisal Port and Lighthouse using this menu new option.

ONLINE STORAGE - MORE THAN A SIMPLE VAULT

File Center - our Online Storage System is now available. File Center is not just a simple file backup system like our competitors offer. It's more - a whole lot more as illustrated below.

Manage Files Online
With File Center you can manage/store any file online - not just appraisal files. The integration is seamless and you can open online files just like you normally open files on your desktop.

Group Sharing
With File Center you can share and collaborate with clients or other appraisers so it's ideal for multi-user offices. You can allocate storage for each user individually as well as designate common areas. All storage areas are private and only accessible through individual login accounts.

World Wide Publishing
With File Center, you can also elect to publish your files to the world. This is an open port to the world so you don't want to put your appraisal work here, but it's great for sharing family photos, and other things you want to publish to the world.

Backup Files Automatically
With File Center, you can back up all your valuable files and data automatically. You can schedule when the backup will happen and what files should be backed up. They are encrypted for additional protection and privacy.
