On-Line Order Management Preview – Available August 2006

Appraisal Express™ an on-line order managemenet system that allows you to manage appraisal orders and the ability to set status updates on orders that are entered in it. You can also generate payables and receivables for employees and clients alike for any date you specify. Since it’s on-line, you can access it anytime, anywhere with an internet connection. Think of it as your “virtual order desk”. Appraisal Express can help keep your business on track and moving forward.

Available in Single or Multi-User Versions
The Appraisal Express order management system is available for a “one-man” shop or the multi-user firm. The single user version has all the powerful features of the multi-user version with the exception of the appraiser and reviewer staff and gives you the presence of a large firm.

Appraisal Express’ multi-user version has the capability of managing orders and appraisers alike. When an order is placed, assign it to either a staff or fee appraiser and monitor its status throughout the entire appraisal process, including the review process. Appraisal Express enables appraisers to manage their orders from start to finish and upon completion, produce a historical document of all transactions.

Accounting
The Appraisal Express Accounting System will help you keep track and account for each order that goes through Appraisal Express. You will easily be able to manage your Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables (for the multi-user version). As well as allowing you to generate the reports you need.

• Receivables
  Track both paid and outstanding reports. Simply check the paid column for the ones that have been paid. For added flexibility, the system even lets you discount from the total amount due.
• Payables (multi-user version only)
  Assign a fee split percentage or fix fee to your appraisers to quickly asses amont owed. Just check the paid column for the reports you’re paying for and the system will automatically give you a subtotal.
• Reports
  Generate reports on both accounts receivables and payables. Simply specify your dates and search criteria and the system will allow you to export the data into MS Excel where you can format your report any way you need to.

Fee Schedule
We have created a general list of service types that most appraisers’ offer, all you need to do is put in the amount you charge for each service type. However, this system is flexible enough to allow you to add your own service type and amount.

Appraisers Website Complement Appraisal Express with our Appraiser WebHomes and give your firm a first class look. It’s easier than ever to showcase all of your services and specialties and to create a professional-looking website in under twenty minutes. Better yet, Appraisal Express and WebHomes are integrated. So if an order is placed on your website, you will be notified that a new order has been placed and you can retrieve it in Appraisal Express. ClickFORMS Connection The ClickFORMS Connection allows you to seamlessly integrate the order information straight into your appraisal report; eliminating the hassles of re-typing the order. It also gives appraisers the ability to set order status in ClickFORMS and at the same time, instantaneously update the Appraisal Express website. Likewise, if you set an order status on Appraisal Express, it will also show the updated status in ClickFORMS. Order Messenger™ Appraisal Express’ Order Messenger lets you send and receive messages about the order. These can be done “publicly” where your client can see them or “privately” for office eyes only. And it keeps track of all correspondence about the order, including time and date. This is an invaluable due diligence tool.

ADD YOUR BUSINESS LOGO TO REPORTS AUTOMATICALLY

	Now you can automatically have your business logo added to your appraisal reports. Here is how to do it: In the My ClickFORMS folder, we have added a new folder called Logo. All you have to do is place the image file containing your business logo in that folder. Whenever you add one of the new Cover pages with the Logo cell, your logo will be inserted onto the cover page. Logo images can be in any format. Use the Cell Image Preferences or Editor to zoom, crop and position your business logo.

ClickFORMS Canadian 4.2 Available Next Week

We’re pleased to announce that the next release of ClickFORMS Canadian, version 4.2 will be available for download next week. If your Software Maintenance or Subscription is current you will be able to download ClickFORMS from our website. If your Software Maintenance has expired, please call your account representative at 800-622-8727 (800-622-URAR) to renew.

Major Enhancements

• Logo's - You can now add your Company Logo to new Cover pages we have designed which are located in the Forms Library>Covers,Covers with Logo Folder. Simply place your Company Logo in the My ClickFORMS, Logo Folder
  
• ClickFORMS Auto-Registration - ClickFORMS will now Register all user licenses contained in the Bradford\ClickFORMS\License Folder for you, if you are connected online the first time you launch it after a new install or auto-update. This of course is true only for user’s licenses that are still covered under Maintenance. Those licenses not covered under maintenance will not register.
  
• Import PDF Files - You can now Import PDF files directly into ClickFORMS which will add each of the Pages you select as an image to an exhibit Page. To use this feature, go to Insert>Insert from PDF File.
