Coming soon in ClickFORMS 4.0: Automatically have ClickFORMS place your business logo in one of the new special Report Cover forms. In your My ClickFORMS folder, we have created a new folder called Logo. Place your company logo in there - any image format is acceptable - and when ClickFORMS opens any template containing the new Cover pages with a logo place holder, your logo will automatically be placed on the cover page. It's that simple to add an extra touch of professionalism to your reports. |

CENSUS TRACT INFORMATION - JUST A CLICK AWAY
Did you know you can enter the Census Tract for the subject property with the click of a button? You can!
Many people don't know it because we buried it at the bottom of the Services Menu. But its there. We are working on making these types of services more accessible in the future, but for now, this is all you have to do:
Click on the Services menu and then select the "Get Census Tract" menu item. (Make sure the subject property address has been filled out before doing this.) Once you select it, it will take about two seconds to get the information and pop it into the Census Tract cell on the form.

Are you a member of the AppraisalWorld Directory? AppraisalWorld is our online community of appraisers. As a user of ClickFORMS, you are entitled to be listed in the AppraisalWorld Directory of Appraisers. You can list the counties you work in, your appraisal specialty and other information that sets you apart from other appraisers. Using the directory, you can also find other appraisers that use ClickFORMS.
In the coming months, you will start to hear more and more about AppraisalWorld. We have WebHomes, so you can live in your community; we have online report tracking, management and accounting that will be released soon. We are building a complete community with resources and services that you can use from anywhere in the world.
CLARIFICATION ON END OF SUPPORT FOR 98, 98SE AND ME
In the last issue of ClickTALK, we stated that we would be discontinuing support for Windows 98, 98 2nd Edition and Windows Me. This was because Microsoft is also discontinuing support for these products.
What does this mean for you and ClickFORMS running on these systems? It means that ClickFORMS will continue to run and work just as it has worked in the past. We are NOT going to make ClickFORMS stop working on these systems.
ClickFORMS will continue to run on these operating systems. However, as ClickFORMS evolves to take advantage of VISTA and other new things that Microsoft releases, you may encounter issues with older operating systems when you try to use one of these new features.
Concerning technical support: If you are running on a non-supported operating system, tech support will continue to help you with any product you purchased from Bradford Technologies, just as always. However, we may not be able to help you troubleshoot problems concerning your computer and operating system as we have done in the past. |
