Major Changes in ClickFORMS v. 3.4.3:

• Appraisal Institute AI Reports™: The new Appraisal Institute forms (AI Reports™) are now in the Forms Library in the Top Most Folder named "New Appraisal Institute Forms".
• Individual Database Paths - The Comparables, Neighborhood, Reports and Clients Database Files can now be separated from the Default Database folder C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My ClickForms\Databases and stored in different Folders individually by going to Edit\Preferences\Application\Databases and re-directing them to the Path you have moved the individual Database to.
• Comparables Database Search - The Search Tab in the Comparables Database now has many new search capabilities
• AreaSketch - Distos with BlueTooth can now automatically bring the measurements in to AreaSketch on Tablet PC's that have BlueTooth capability.
• AIReady - ClickFORMS version 3.4.3 is now AI-Ready v. 3.3 compliant. This is the highest compliance level attainable.
• Global Cell Preferences - We have added the ability to globally assign Cell preferences to the Grids and Form Headers
• New Help Feature - When going to Help\Request Assistance, you will now see a new interface that displays the links to the latest Top 10 FAQ's in addition to the Submit support assistance email. This will help to quickly resolve the FAQs without waiting for an email reply or call into support.
• Reviewer - The form reviewer has been enhanced to detect discrepancies in numeric values. For example if your values for Present Land Use add up to more than 100%, the reviewer will flag that so you can correct the problem.

Minor Changes in ClickFORMS v. 3.4.3:
Apex version 3.2 integration - will now stay intact when ClickForms is updated.

Reviewer Enhancements -

1. Cert pages: Subject/Comparable inspection box is checked only when there is a supervising appraiser.
2. Condo scripts: Covered parking space and Open parking are no longer dependent upon the Garage checkbox
3. All Applicable Scripts check to see if the market value indicated is within the neighborhood price range.
4. Old URAR : fixed problem where if "N/A" is placed in the Subject Sale Price, the reviewer states that the Sales price is not in the neighborhood price range
5. Xcomp's scripts are now available for all new Forms.

• ADVantage Restricted Use Appraisal moved to the Archived folder. The new version of this form is in the Residential folder and is called "Desktop Restricted Use".
• New QuickStart #3 - Added this new QuickStart Form. It was created based upon Suggestions we have received.
• 1025 Form - Shared the Comments on XComps "Summary of Sales Comparison Approach" and "Summary of Sales"
