New Release of ClickFORMS is Now Available ClickFORMS version 2.4.5 is now available and among the new features and enhancements in this release are two items that could have a dramatic impact on your productivity. Details on these new features, Property Data Integration and AVM integration are below. Existing customers will need to re-register this version. Customers on maintenance can instantly retrieve their new unlocking codes through the ClickFORMS online registration process. If your maintenance has expired or you do not currently use ClickFORMS, you can try the new version free for 30 days. After 30 days, you’ll need to register to continue using ClickFORMS. Call your account manager at 1 (800) 622-8727 for information. If you have an earlier version of ClickFORMS that you want to save, we recommend that you back it up before installing this version. Your old version of ClickFORMS (not the data files, just the application) will be overwritten by the new version as part of the installation process. Property Data Integration (PDI) Finally! No more retyping property information into your reports. Included with the AppraisalWorld Connection connectivity suite, you can now import the results of property searches from some of your favorite national databases. Want to bring in data from your local MLS as well? We can create a custom integration for you for only $99. Appraisal Institute to Sponsor Education at Valuation 2004
The Appraisal Institute has announced that it is partnering with Valuation Expo, which will take place in Orlando, Fla., from November 10-14, with 51 exhibitors and over 1,000 expected attendees. Bradford Technologies is scheduled to be an exhibitor at the event.
The Appraisal Institute is sponsoring four educational sessions: Appraising Manufactured Housing, Cool Tools & Resources, Beat the Clock, and Appraising the Tough Ones. These classes will provide the opportunity for appraisers to keep up with their continuing education requirements. This is especially important for appraisers in Florida who have to complete these requirements by November 30 of this year.
In addition, this year the Expo will host VIP Networking Lunches. The lunches will consist of 31 tables with a VIP at each table. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other appraisers and VIPs such as Fannie Mae’s Mark Simpson and Freddie Mac’s Jacquie Doty, both of whom are also this year’s keynote speakers at the conference.
