Will All Appraisal Software Be Like ClickFORMS In The Future? Probably.

Have you ever wondered why other appraisal software programs are not like ClickFORMS? They probably will be. Fortunately, you get the benefits today while everyone else waits.

For instance, ClickFORMS has Digital Container Technology. This allows you to drop in any form you want into the report (or container). As you know each report is a Digital Container. It holds your report, scanned due diligence, worksheets, etc. It makes it easy to save, print, edit, transmit and archive. Everything is in one file. So why don't other vendors provide this same functionality? Some have tried to mimic this capability with storage files, but none offer the drag and drop simplicity and flexibility. Maybe someday they will. You get the benefit of our technology today.

ClickFORMS has a built in PDF Creator. We were the first to build it into the software because we knew it would make you more productive. With the ClickFORMS PDF Creator, you can create a PDF in under 3 seconds and secure it with a simple click of the mouse. No fuss, no training, no hassles. So why don't other software vendors offer this capability. Maybe someday they will, but for now you get benefit while others have to wait.

In ClickFORMS you can view and scroll through the entire report. No extra clicking or scrolling sideways to get to the second page or switching views to get to a new form. Microsoft Word doesn't make you click special buttons to see the second page. Why should appraisal software be different? Maybe someday they will all work the way Word works. Fortunately, ClickFORMS works the right way and you get the benefit today while others have to take a training class to view the report.

ClickFORMS interface and operation have been certified by Microsoft. This assures you our software will work correctly on all Windows operating systems. Whether it's a tablet or desktop, it works. Plus the accessories like voice recognition or pen input on the tablet work also without having to change the program. Other vendors cannot make that claim. Why not? Eventually they will, but in the mean time, you get the benefit of hassle-free operation while others have to wait for an update.

Copying what we have created in ClickFORMS is flattering. Most importantly, it is a resounding endorsement by our competitors that ClickFORMS' Digital Container Technology has, and continues to set the standard for how appraisal software should work. While our competitors copy what we did last year, we are hard at work on the next leap in productivity.

Wirelessly Transfer Photos Directly into Your Report

In the next version of ClickFORMS, we are adding the ability to insert digital photos into the report directly from the camera. This is a great time saver when you're out in the field and using a Tablet PC or laptop. It completely eliminates the organization hassles in dealing with multiple inspections on the same "roll". As we near release, we'll provide more details. Right now it looks like the solution will only work on Windows2000 and up. Windows 9x and Windows ME do not support this capability.

Mark Your Calendar: August 4-6, San Francisco - Appraisal Today Conference
