Valuation 2004 / ClickFORMS User Group Meeting
Valuation is only a few days away. Its on May 6-8, in Las Vegas. There are already over 500 appraisers registered. Looks like it is going to be the place to be the first week in May.

Flood Insights Property Search Improved
Flood Insights has made some changes to their property search engine. You do not need to update your software. All the updating was done at the server level. ClickFORMS version 2.4.4 has the more professional looking flood maps. So if you are not on the 2.4.4 version of ClickForms, we recommend that you update before the end of the month.has the wrong upload address for AppraisalPort. We will have a fix for this on Monday. In the meantime, if you need to send reports to AppraisalPort, enter the correct address sent to you from AppraisalPort, or contact them at support@appraisalport.com

New Order Form - We Need Your Suggestions
We are finalizing the new order form which will be the main form used in our new Order Express product. Just like many of you use the Appraisal QuickStart to start the appraisal, we believe many of you will use the Appraisal Order form to start the appraisal. So we would like to hear your comments on what fields we need to make sure we include to handle your needs. ClickForms already has an Appraisal Order form. Its in the Forms Library in the Invoices folder. Please check it out and let us know if it will work for you. You can send your suggestions to suggestions@bradfordsoftware.com or use the Send Suggestion in ClickForms to send us your comments. Thanks for your help.
Coming Soon - Order Integration with AppraisalPort
In the next version of ClickForms we will be releasing an enhanced integration with AppraisalPort (AI Ready). With the new enhancement, when you download an order from AppraisalPort, it will automatically start ClickForms, load the AppraisalPort Order forms and ask you which template you would like to use to start the appraisal. We have made the integration seamless and simple. We believe this will be a boost in productivity of everyone who uses AppraisalPort.
MBA - MISMO Appraisal XML Update
We haven't talked much about the MBA's
MISMO XML initiative to bring open standards to the mortgage industry.
Just to bring you up to date on the effort, Bradford Technologies is
playing a major role in developing these standards. In the next few
months, we expect the standard to be approved and for major lenders to
start implementing it by the third or forth quarter of this year.
