If you would like to continue accessing the flood map service, please call your personal account representative at 800-622-8727 to purchase maps yourself or your whole office. Note that we still have reduced pricing on flood maps until the end of April; they return to full price in May. NOTICE: If you have purchased an allocation of flood maps, your service will not be interrupted. However, you will need to have the latest version of ClickFORMS - version 2.4.4 to continue the service. All earlier versions of ClickFORMS will not be able to access the flood map service after April 30. New ClickFORMS Release 2.4.4 Now Available A new version of ClickFORMS (v2.4.4) was released this week. Many of you received an announcement email directing you to a special download page. The major new features in this release were the addition of the Neighborhood Database, improved Flood Map service, updated Clients database, updated AI Ready (2.7 compliance), updates to Lighthouse and improved image handling. We also added three new forms (B of A Home Focus Desktop Valuation, IRS W-9, and a new Invoice form for AI Ready). We also updated 10 other forms. Please let us know so we can update our records. Improved Flood Maps With version 2.4.4 of ClickFORMS, we have greatly improved the property searching ability and the look of the flood maps. When you update to version 2.4.4, you'll see what we mean. The maps are very professional looking, the search engine has been greatly improved and the speed has been improved as well. Most map look- ups now take less then 20 seconds. Remember this service is free through the rest of April and the reduced prices on Flood Maps expire then also. So if you like this service, take advantage of special pricing before May 1, 2004. In ClickFORMS, under the Help menu, there is a menu item named "Request Assistance". This is your direct link to our tech support personnel. Most of you need quick, simple answers to simple questions. We have discovered, as many of you have, that email works great for those questions that are straight forward and not time critical. Over the last six months, we have seen a consistent rise in the number of emails we receive. Today, we get many more emails than we do phone calls. This has resulted in better service, a savings in time and lower costs for everyone. If you have not tried emailing your support representative, why not try it right now. In ClickFORMS, go to the Help menu, select Request Assistance and send us an email introducing yourself. You'll see how simple and easy using email is for getting answers to questions. AI Ready (AppraisalPort) address is incorrect in ClickFORMS v2.4.4 The AppraisalWorld Connection for AI Ready that was released with ClickFORMS version 2.4.4, had an incorrect URL address for connecting to AppraisalPort. If you have problems connecting to AppraisalPort, please enter the URL address that was sent to you directly from FNC. To verify your AppraisalPort URL, you may contact the FNC support group at support@appraisalPort.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
