IN THIS ISSUE:
Happy Easter! Your friends at Bradford Technologies wish you all a very Happy Easter. Enjoy whatever traditions you may have, whether that means going to church, eating lots of chocolate and jelly beans, hunting for Easter Eggs, or all of the above. ClickFORMS is AI Ready 2.7 Compliant Some of the biggest appraisal clients are requiring AI Ready compliance, and we are one of only two software vendors that are 2.7 compliant, with support for EVERY AI Ready form. We recently added support for the two newest forms, ERC2003 and Environmental Compliance Record. If you need to use AI Ready, please call your account representative at 800-622-8727 and ask for the Appraisal World Connection. Both AI Ready and Lighthouse integrators are included. Check out how the vendors measure up here: http://www.aiready.com/vendormatrix.asp New ClickFORMS Release Next Week We will be releasing ClickFORMS version 2.4.4 next week. There are some new forms, we've improved image handling, updated the Lenders database, added the Neighborhood database and improved the Flood Map web service. This version also has the updated Appraisal World Connection with 2.7 compliance of AI Ready and conversion enhancements to Lighthouse. We will send out email notices to all ClickClub members and to everyone who has purchased the Appraisal World Connection. Be sure your ClickClub membership is up to date. Being a member entitles you to unlimited location maps, unlimited support emails and all the software updates and new forms in ClickFORMS for a year. New Fannie Mae Forms As many of you know, Fannie Mae is working on new appraisal forms that will be released some time this year. Mark Simpson from Fannie Mae will be the Keynote speaker at Valuation 2004 and will be speaking about these new forms. We may even get a sneak preview. If you go to Val2004, don't miss this keynote speech. If you don't make it, rest assured that we will get you with the new forms as quickly as possible. In the past we have made forms available the same day they were released. ClickFORMS Tip #29 - Changing Colors Is the yellow highlighting color hard on your eyes? Is the gray form text color too light for you? We knew our settings would not satisfy everyone's needs so we made it easy to change the colors in ClickFORMS. Here's how to do it: in ClickFORMS, click on the Edit menu, select Preferences, then Document. This will bring up the Document Preferences dialog. Next click on the Colors tab. You can change all the colors shown. To see what the new colors will look like, click the Apply button. Click the Cancel button to undo any color settings you don't want to keep.
