IN THIS ISSUE:
LiveSupport adds value with a new service We've added a new Remote Support service to our popular Toll-Free Technical Support, and we call the combination LiveSupport. Many of you are benefiting from this optional service where trained support engineers answer your questions and help you with your application issues. Now you get even more value for the same price. The new LiveSupport is much more than just phone help. We have added a new tool called Remote Support that allows our engineers to instantly become your personal computer technician. If you have an application related issue that requires an in depth understanding of your computer software or operating system, or maybe you would just rather someone else fix the problem for you, you now have the option of inviting our engineers to take over your system and solve the problem for you, often in just a few minutes. No more hour-long calls digging through directories and windows where no appraiser has gone before, trying to duplicate what the engineer is telling you over the phone. In most cases, we can skip all of that aggravation and have the engineer just fix the problem for you in a few minutes and be done. Note that this service requires your computer to be connected to the Internet during the phone call. If direct access to our trained technicians sounds like a good idea for you, contact your account representative to ask about subscribing to this valuable service called LiveSupport.
