Important Virus Notification

Earlier this week, we discovered that a potentially harmful virus is being spread via email spoof attacks through certain internet service providers (ISPs). These emails appear to be from official sources, such as Bradford Technologies and others, due to the "spoofing" of email addresses. The content in the body of the email is random, however, in all cases, there is a password protected zip file attachment with a virus inside. Please do not open the attached zip file. Delete the email at once.

We also recommend that you update your virus definitions for your virus software as soon as possible and ensure you keep them updated.


Customer Care Department Established

In an ongoing effort to make Bradford Technology customers the most productive in the industry, and to take the best care of our customers possible, we have established an entire department dedicated to those goals.  This new department encompasses some existing programs, like product evaluations and online training.  Additional programs will be added under this department where potential improvements in customer interactions can be found.

One significant initiative that the Customer Care Department kicked off today is the New Customer Program, where we make sure that customers who are new to ClickFORMS receive extra attention to insure that they start off on the right foot and become productive as quickly as possible.  A user is considered a New Customer under this program as soon as they download ClickFORMS to begin their evaluation. Customers will continue to benefit from this program for an additional 30 days after they purchase their ClickFORMS software.

Specifically, a New Customer (as defined above) is entitled to the following:

  • Unlimited phone calls to a dedicated technical support engineer (press "9" when you call)
  • Unlimited email requests for technical assistance (click on Help/Request Assistance...)
  • Free interactive online training after ClickFORMS purchase (a $99 value)
    • Choose Introduction to ClickFORMS or Appraiser's ToolBox Migration
  • An assigned single-point-of-contact account manager you can count on for help

We believe that ClickFORMS is the most intuitive and easy to use appraisal software in the industry, and many appraisers are validating that belief by cranking out reports as soon as they download.  But is just getting the report out good enough?  With a little help, we can show you the fastest path to be more productive than you ever thought possible.

52 New Forms in ClickFORMS in 2003!

We added a new form to ClickFORMS for every week in 2003.  That's a lot of forms!

It's the flexibility of ClickFORMS that allows us to be very responsive as new forms and requirements come to our attention.  Often, when we would receive notification of a new form, we would release the completed form in ClickFORMS the very same day.

We will continue to keep pace with the needs of our customers as additional forms are required in 2004.


New Directory users get free advertising

There is a new feature in our Appraiser Directory this week.  Each new member that registers with the Directory (logs in for the first time and makes edits), shows up on the search page as a new member.

There are three spots shown at present, so if you are lucky, you may be there for a few days.  Anyone going to the Directory to find an appraiser will have the three most recently registered appraisers staring at them, along with their county and state.

So if you haven't registered in the Directory yet, now could be a good time.

Go here:  http://bradfordsoftware.com/customers/directory.asp, then search for yourself.  When you find your listing, click "edit" and follow the instructions.
