There are actually two stories here:

1.  550 appraisers have taken our online training course for ClickFORMS.  This is a live and fully interactive training and tutorial session with a skilled trainer that is taken from the comfort of your own home or office.  The class typically lasts from 30 to 60 minutes and provides a complete introduction to the ClickFORMS interface and the most commonly used features.  Imagine that!  In the amount of time it takes to eat lunch, you can be at full productivity with your new software, without the hassle and expense of air travel and hotel stays.  We offer several varieties of this $99 class, each tuned to the needs of the appraiser, whether switching to ClickFORMS from another software package, upgrading from The Appraiser's ToolBox, or brand new to computers.  And many appraisers have benefited from these classes for no cost at all, because each new license of ClickFORMS comes with a $99 training coupon that can be redeemed in the first 30 days from purchase.

ClickFORMS Tip #23 Default Window Scale

Have you ever found yourself adjusting the zoom in a ClickFORMS report over and over again, just to have it revert back to 100% the next time you reset the view?  Did you know you can completely customize how ClickFORMS appears on your computer desktop to best fit your needs and your eyesight.

Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences/Document.  The second tab over is Display.  Here you can tell ClickFORMS whether to start with the Forms Manager open or not.  And you can tell ClickFORMS what the default zoom should be simply by typing it into the little white box.  If you find yourself constantly adjusting the zoom to 116%, then enter 116 into the little box and never have to do it again.  A customer reported just today after following this procedure how thrilled he was to finally be able to see the difference between bold and standard text BEFORE printing, just by setting the default zoom to 116%.
