Introducing the Appraiser Directory

Users of Appraiser’s ToolBox and ClickFORMS may now take advantage of a new directory service. Appraisers can be found across the country and in your own neighborhood, searching by city, zip code, and even by name.

We have saved you some time by pre-populating your record with the latest information we have for you. Log in and edit your information as it changes, or even remove yourself from the directory entirely if you wish. There are areas where you can indicate your specialty and tell a little about yourself and your qualifications that may help you to attract more business. Due to privacy concerns, you may choose to be removed from the directory by clicking on the "Remove from List" link on your profile page.

This is a work in progress, so please provide feedback and tell us how we can make this directory a more valuable resource for you.

Need AI Ready Uploader v8.03?

ToolBox users who rely on AI Ready may need the latest version to be compliant with recent lender requirements. To upgrade to AI Ready version 8 integrator, follow these instructions:

1. Click here: www.bradfordsoftware.com

2. Click on the Save button when prompted and save to your Desktop

3. When the download completes, double-click on the file you just downloaded (AIReady_Uploaderv8.exe)

4. Click Unzip

5. Click OK and you are done!

Important Note: When you click on the Connection button from the "AI Ready FNC Envelope Uploader" window, you will need to change the Appraisal Port URL to the new URL provided to you by Appraisal Port. See Image below.

ClickFORMS users can expect AI Ready integration very soon. We are working as fast as we can to try to meet upcoming deadlines.

Support Status / On-line registering not working

If you have had difficulty with the new On-line Registration procedures for ClickFORMS, it may be because our records do not accurately reflect your current email address or product purchases. If this is the case, or you are unsure, please contact your account manager at 800-622-8727.
