Completely Automated Online Registration Process! NO NEED TO EMAIL YOUR REQUEST!!! You may have heard we have simplified the registration process for the newest version of ClickFORMS (2.3.9). Many of you don’t realize yet just how easy this is, as we have received over 500 requests for registration by email. For those who have emailed us, or are about to, you will find the below process significantly more satisfying. (Please note that the old fax and call methods still work for those without Internet connections.) 1. Go to Help/Registration and click on the Registration tab. 2. Enter your new serial number into the new Customer Serial No. fields. 3. Click the Get Unlocking Codes button in the lower left corner. 4. Select On-Line. 5. Done. Closed

ClickFORMS v2.3.8 and Below Will Expire Today As a reminder, ClickFORMS v2.3.8 and below will expire today. If you have not installed the latest 2.3.9 version, please download it at http://www.bradfordsoftware.com/support/downloads.html. The new ClickFORMS v2.3.9 can now be registered. As 2003 comes to a close, all of us here at Bradford Technologies would like to send you a sincere thank you for the trust and confidence you have shown us over the past year.
It has been a busy year for us and we do not plan to slow down in 2004. We will continue to pursue our mission to provide you with products and services that produce high value, reduce your overall costs and significantly increase your productivity.
Last January, we released ClickFORMS and with your suggestions throughout the year, we have produced a product that sets the standard for ease of use and productivity in the industry and we will continue to improve and raise that standard of excellence.
In 2004, we will open up ClickFORMS to the world - the Appraisal World. Connectivity will be the focus as we continue to reduce the time and distance factors between you and your lender and mortgage broker clients and you and your fellow appraisers. We think 2004 is going to be a very exciting year.
