New ClickFORMS Release v2.3.9 - December 24, 2004 We have a new version of ClickFORMS. It can be registered, and once unlocked, it will not expire. There are a little over 50 changes and enhancements to ClickFORMS. This version includes the new Sales History form so you can account for the three history of the subject. We also have new version of WinSketch (version 7.5). For the list of changes or to download the new version, go to http://www.bradfordsoftware.com/support/downloads.html. New Customer Serial Numbers The NEW ClickFORMS customer serial numbers were emailed on 12/23/03 to everyone. This serial number is different than the previous one we sent you a few months ago. Please discard the old one and keep the new serial number for your records as you will need it to register ClickFORMS. If you did not receive your serial number, please let us know via registration@bradfordsoftware.com or call your sales representative at 800-622-8727. How to Register & Unlock ClickFORMS In our desire to eliminate as many hassles as we can in using our software, we put a considerable amount of effort in eliminating software registration hassles. Today, with the release of version 2.3.9, software registration is now a simple click and a matter of seconds. Gone are the days of signing and faxing documents and waiting hours to get your unlocking codes. (You can still fax and call, but we think you will prefer not to.) Here's how to register and unlock the new ClickFORMS software: When you get your software, go to Help/Registration and click on the Register tab. When the Register pane is displayed, a new button in the lower left corner appears. This button is the Get Unlocking Codes button. Use it to get your codes. Before clicking the button, Note the new Customer Serial Number fields. This is where you enter your unique Customer Serial Number. You want to do this before clicking the Get Codes button. Next, click on the Get Unlocking Codes button. The dialog below will be displayed to allow you to request the method of requesting your unlocking codes. You need your Customer Serial Number to use the on-line unlocking feature. If you do not have your CSN, please either email, fax or call the registration department to obtain unlocking codes. If you have a fax driver installed, you can fax directly to us. The fax number is (408) 360-8529. If you use the On-Line method, the unlocking number will be entered for you and you will receive a notice as show below. That's all there is to unlocking ClickFORMS.
