New ClickFORMS Release v2.3.9 - Available Next Week We will be releasing a new version of ClickFORMS (v2.3.9) next week. It can be registered, and once unlocked, it will not expire. Please look on our website next week for the new release. There are a little over 50 changes and enhancements to ClickFORMS. This version includes the new Sales History form so you can account for the three history of the subject. We also have new version of WinSketch (version 7.5). We'll post all the changes with the release. New Simplified Registration We have simplified registration. Depending on the accuracy of the customer data in our database, you may have to fax in the registration as before, but for most of you it will be a simple click to unlock the software. Our goal is to reduce the time, costs and hassles in registering ClickFORMS. This is the new window that will be displayed for you to request software unlocking codes:
As you can see, there are now four ways to register. Online, e-mail, fax and phone. Online will get you registered in seconds - if we can correctly identify who you are. E-mail and fax will have the customary 2 hour turn time. New Customer Serial Numbers Due to an error in our database, we will be re-issuing new Customer Serial Numbers to everyone. We will be sending them via e-mail on Monday. Please keep them for your records. We will also include other information that we have stored such as address, phone, fax etc. When you receive your new Customer Serial Number, please check the data for accuracy. If it's inaccurate, please let us know. Accurate data means you will be able to register and unlock the software 24/7 without having to call or fax us anything. Please keep the Customer Serial Number for your records. We will be Closed on December 25 and 26 and on Jan 1 and 2 The next two weeks are Christmas and New Years weekends. We will be closed on Christmas Day and the day after (Friday) and on New Years day and the day after (Friday).
