ClickFORMS Tip #19: How to swap your comparables

In ClickFORMS, you can easily swap your comparables from one to another, remove the comparable grid data with a single click or even sort your comparables by  the adjusted sales price, sales date, proximity and so forth. To swap your comparables, do the following: Open your appraisal report in ClickFORMS and launch the Comparables Editor by clicking on the Edit menu and Edit Comparables (or CTRL + E). From the Comparables Editor window, highlight the comparable that you want to move by single clicking on its title (i.e., Comp 1). Then drag and drop it to the desired comparable number.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Launch ClickFORMS and open your appraisal report.
  2. Click on the Edit menu and  Edit Comparables (or CTRL +E) to launch the Comparables Editor.
  3. From the Comparables Editor, highlight the comparable that you want to move by placing your mouse on the comparable title (i.e., Comp 1) and single clicking on it. See the image below.

  1. Then drag (single click on the Comp title, hold down your mouse) and drop the highlighted comparable to the desired location, say to comp #2. See the image below.

  1. Click the OK button. You're done! You've just swapped your comparable #1 with #2.

To use other features such as sorting, copying, and deleting, click on the Sort By pull down list or click on the pull down list located under the comparable title. See the image below.
