in Review
2004 was a very good year. We had the great Flood Map Giveaway.
Thousands of maps were given away during the first quarter of
the year; we were the first software vendor to integrate AVM’s
into your appraisal report; we partnered with American Airlines
so you could earn AAdvantage reward miles when you renewed maintenance
online; we released 77 new forms; we trained over 1000 customers
online saving everyone a lot of money and down time; tech support
can now remote into your computer when there is a problem saving
everyone hours of trouble-shooting time; hundreds of customers
have been certified as a ClickFORMS Master (maybe you should
too); we integrated the national property vendors into ClickFORMS,
with more to come; we provided a new service to integrate MLS
data into ClickFORMS; we partnered with Microsoft to bring you
MapPoint location maps as a web service; and most recently,
we set the industry standard for optimizing your images. Yes
– 2004 was a very good year.
What’s
Ahead in 2005?
We are very excited about 2005. There are new forms coming from
Fannie Mae; ClickFORMS is undergoing some major renovations;
AppraisalWorld, your new online community will released soon;
we have a new sketcher coming out; we have more web services
planned; more property vendors to integrate; plus we have some
new products in development that we will be releasing in 2005.
We are expecting 2005 to be very good year for everyone. Have
