just added an image optimizer to ClickFORMS that sets a new
industry standard with intuitive functionality, fast performance,
and unparalleled results – all with full “undo” capability.

click, optimize all the images in your report. Reduce
both processing time and the size of your files in one easy

Our hassle-free smart undo feature lets you try different things
with your images without worrying about making a mistake.
Large Image Alert
Our image optimizer alerts you if your report contains an image
that exceeds a pre-determined size limit set by you.
No more sending large images by mistake.
Important
Information for Online Location Map Users
We
are changing our map service provider and the current service
will expire on December 31, 2004. This means that if you want
to continue to receive online location maps, you will have
to upgrade to the next version of ClickFORMS (currently scheduled
for release the week of December 20th) before the end of the
year. Check your email for a notice
from us as soon as the release is
available.
Fannie
Mae Comment Period Ending
December
15th is the last day for comments on the new Fannie Mae forms.

One
More Week to Enter Our Drawing for a DISTO
We’re getting close to giving away that DISTO! Thank you to
everyone who’s entered our Refer-a-Friend drawing. Most of our
new customers are referred to us by existing customers, so we’re
very excited about launching this new program – it’s our way
of saying “thank you” for telling your friends about ClickFORMS.
There
are no limits on the number of people you can refer. As long
as the program is in place, you'll keep earning $50 credits.

Tech
Tip: Successfully Exporting Forms to Appraisal Port
While attempting to export a ClickFORMS report to Appraisal
Port, you may receive a notice window showing alternate forms.
This usually indicates that one or more of the forms in your
report are not AI Ready complaint. On the right side of the message
are alternates, if available.

For
example, Invoice #1 is not compliant and shows to have
an alternate form Invoice #5 (Lighthouse), AI
Ready Invoice.
If
you would like to use the alternate forms instead of the
non compliant forms, follow these steps:
1. Click the No button on the notice window to discontinue
the conversion.
2. Go to the Forms Library and locate the AI Ready Folder.
3. Here you will find the compliant AI Ready Invoice.
4. Double click on the AI Ready Invoice to add it to your
report.
5. Verify the new form has all the necessary information,
then delete the old form from your report.
6. Repeat this procedure for any other alternate forms
you wish to use.
You
should now be able to successfully export to Appraisal
Port.

Year End Information
We will be mailing everyone important information about ClickFORMS,
the new Fannie Mae forms, our new appraiser websites, and the
plans we have for 2005. So look for a Bradford Technologies
letter in your mailbox in the coming weeks. If you've changed
your physical mailing address from the one we have on file, please
give our account team a call at 800-622-8727 to update your records.
