New Fannie
Forms - Comment Period Ends December 15, 2004
Fannie Mae has released new test
forms. Apparently they received a considerable amount of feedback
from appraisers and have incorporated those suggestions in
the
new versions. For example the URAR is now six pages long. Check
them out on our website by clicking here.
You only have 22 days to get your comments into Fannie Mae.
Because of the very short test
period, we will not be computerizing these new forms. We expect
final versions to be released in the very near future and those
will be the ones we develop for ClickFORMS.
ClickTALK:
100th Issue, Changing To Bi-Monthly Publication
This is the 100th issue of ClickTALK.
Do you remember what we said in Issue #1? We talked about the
upgrade from the Appraiser's ToolBox to ClickFORMS, Tablet PCs
and PocketPCs, and about making a New Year's resolution to back
up your data.
After 100 issues (almost 2 years)
a lot has happened in that time. Mainly ClickFORMS has matured
and the need for a weekly update is no longer necessary. So starting
with this next issue, we will be going to a bi-monthly publication.
The next issue will be published on Dec. 10, and our last issue
of the year will be Christmas Eve. The new issues will be
devoted
exclusively to ClickFORMS - new tools, How To's, tips, top questions
- with answers, - information that will help you be more productive.
