| Use this command to delete text or images from a cell an open report.
|
|
|
| Using the Clear Command
|
|
|
 Accessing the Clear command:
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 1. | Block the text that you would like to delete.
|
| 2. | Click on the Edit menu title in the menu bar.
|
| 3. | Click on Clear (or use the Del key).
|
|
|
 The blocked text or images will be deleted.
|
