To send an email to our technical support department from within the program, do the following: Ensure you're connected to the Internet, In Clickforms go to Help Menu, Request Assistance.

Step By Step Instructions

To send an email to our technical support department from within the program:

1. Ensure that you are logged on with your Internet Service Provider, Click on the Help menu title in the menu bar

Click once on Request Assistance.

2. If you may find the answer to the issue or question via Instant Answers, Tell Me How, Show Me How, Known Issues or FAQs

3. If the answer is not found with the above options, Type in the Subject and a brief description of the problem then click on Send Request button.

4. You will receive the following auto reply and a response within 24 Hours depending on the volume of incoming emails
