I am pleased to announce that we have added a new feature into ClickFORMS that will enhance our ability to communicate with you regarding services you have purchased or subscribed to. This includes a simple link to replenish or renew services that are expiring as well as links to company product promotions and industry news. This is just another benefit we provide to ensure you receive reliable and timely customer service. The latest release of ClickFORMS Appraisal Software — Version 5.8. includes:
Major New Features
News & Notification Center — This feature will allow you to see all your recently used ClickFORMS reports, templates and more — all in one clean and simple window:
- View and open recent reports and templates
- View your services and subscripts statuses and quantities
- See any ClickFORMS updates that are available
- Renew or replenish any of your subscriptions or services with a click of the mouse
- And much more… as you can see below
New Notification Messages — You will see a small pop-up window when a subscription, service or quantity is running low for Maintenance, Flood Maps, Swift Estimators and any other services you may have.
Minor Changes and Additions
Background Color — Can now be changed in cells that contain text. Simply go to Edit/Preferences/Document/Color and set your preferences.
Bank of America Home Focus Form 2008 — Can now be converted to LightHouse.
Many More Enhancements — Improved Apex Medina™ integration control, users can now change the background color for cells that contain text, update the report reviewer, and much more…
All users on ClickFORMS Software Maintenance can automatically update to the new version by using the ClickFORMS "Check For Updates" option in the Help menu; or visiting www.bradfordsoftware.com to download the full version.
If your ClickFORMS Software Maintenance has expired, please call your account representative at 800-622-8727 (800-622-URAR) to renew and update.
Do You Need Copies of Your 2007 Invoices?
It’s almost April 15th; do you have all your tax records in order? Not to worry. If you purchased anything from Bradford Technologies during 2007, contact your account manager at 800-622-8727. They will be able to email you a copy of all your invoices for 2007.
