The Bradford Technologies Customer Service Team (specifically Technical Support) and I need your help. Due to the rock-solid performance, “intuitiveness” and Microsoft® Certification we have built into ClickFORMS™, and also all the automated services we have made available for you, our Technical Support staff has become concerned about their future here at Bradford Technologies. The bottom line is that our team receives a very limited number of calls and e-mails from our appraisers on a daily basis.
To provide the best service in the industry to you (and to keep them busy), a few months back we released “Instant Chat”, our instant messaging support service. The thought was you could get an answer to a quick question “Instantly”—literally in seconds—and help us keep our lean, but strong, Technical Support team busy. But that has not happened.
On average, we are only managing 5 Chat sessions a day. We know you appreciate the reliability of ClickFORMS and you are probably astounded that we can support our thousands of users with just a streamlined support staff, but it’s true.
Please contact our Technical Support team using the Instant Chat service available in ClickFORMS to get an answer in a few seconds—even it is just where to find a form. Why spend minutes searching, when you can have the answer in seconds? Our support team will appreciate it!
With that said, I would like to take just a moment to show you where and how to use our Instant Chat service.
How Instant Customer Chat Works
With ClickFORMS open, go to the Help Menu and Click on Instant Customer Service:

Now, Click on Chat with Tech Support:

Simply type in your question and Click [Request Chat]:

A Technical Support representative will be chatting with you in seconds:
