Artificial Intelligence in Valuation

May 6th, 2021 @11am PDT

Our special guest will be Vin Romero from Foxy AI for a conversation on applications of artificial intelligence in valuation. We will discuss how artificial intelligence is being applied today to make preliminary determinations of property condition based on a computer analysis of photos and how those determinations are being applied in the world of automated valuation models.

We will also discuss how appraisers might be able to leverage artificial intelligence to produce faster and more reliable appraisal reports. The use of artificial intelligence in appraisal is not necessarily right around the corner but it may not be as far away as many people think.

We encourage participants to ask questions and think about any concerns they may have about how artificial intelligence might disrupt the current appraisal process.
