AMC Application Package
We are going to provide appraisers with the tools to be able to generate more business. It’s tough to see what is on the real estate horizon, so appraisers must take advantage of any business opportunity that may present itself. With our AMC Application Package, appraisers will be able to simplify the fee appraiser approval process for clients. This package will make it easy for your clients to locate you, review your credentials, and prove with a high level of certainty that you are who you say you are.
AMC Connection Package
Soon, ClickFORMS users will be able to transmit appraisal reports to any Appraisal Management Company (AMC) in the country. We currently offer connections to AppraisalPort® and Lighthouse™. However, in the coming weeks, we will complete our integration with RELS, the largest AMC in the country. Please refer to the RELS/MISMO Connection update below for further details.
News and Notification
The News & Notification Center will display your report templates and the latest reports you have worked on. We have also added a news section, which will provide links to various industry news sources as well as Bradford Technologies-specific news such as the ClickTALK and eFocus Customer Newsletters. You will also be reminded when you are running low or close to expiring for a specific service you subscribe to such as flood maps or technical support.
Lender Side Marketing
This year, we will begin to market heavily to lenders, mortgage bankers, real estate investors, etc. to help you generate more business. We will have the tools in place, such as our AppraisalWorld Directory, Appraisal Credential Locker, and Appraiser Authentication Service, that will close the gap between you and potential clients. |
CLICKFORMS v5.6.0.1 UPDATE NOW AVAILABLE
We’re pleased to announce the latest update of ClickFORMS™ Appraisal Software - Version 5.6.0.1. This update contains these forms:
- HomeFocus Desktop Valuation ‘08
- HomeFocus Desktop Extra Comps
- Catastrophic Disaster Inspection
These forms are now a requirement from Bank of America and can be used to transmit to AppraisalPort®. However, the Lighthouse™ integration of these forms will not occur until the next ClickFORMS release.
All users on ClickFORMS Software Maintenance can automatically update to the new version by using the ClickFORMS “Check For Updates” option located under the Help menu.

RELS/MISMO CONNECTION UPDATE
Bradford Technologies is in the final stages of completing the RELS/MISMO connection, which will allow ClickFORMS users to work with RELS, the largest Appraisal Management Company (AMC) in the country. The development for this connection should be completed in the next couple of weeks.
In the coming weeks, RELS will be conducting a pilot program to test this connection in real-world transactions. For this pilot, they will be looking for ClickFORMS users. If you are interested in becoming a beta tester, please send an email to Jorge@bradfordsoftware.com with:

TECH TIP
How to Change the Appraiser's License Expiration Date
There are two methods on how to change the Appraiser’s License expiration date in ClickFORMS.
Method 1:
- In ClickFORMS, go to Help > Registration, click on Next until you get to the License/Certification page.
- Change or enter the new expiration date.
- Click on Close.
- When prompted to save the changes, click YES.
- Close and re-open ClickFORMS to see the new changes.
Method 2:
- In ClickFORMS, go to Edit > Preferences > Users and click on License Info.
- Change or enter the new expiration date and click on Apply, then on OK.
- Close and re-open ClickFORMS to see the new changes.
