Fannie Mae Market Conditions Addendum
Effective April 1, 2009 all residential appraisals require the new Market Conditions Addendum form. You must upgrade your software to be compliant.
You must have ClickFORMS version 6.8
Fannie Mae revised the 1004MC form late in March, 2009. This final version of the form is available in ClickFORMS 6.8. The form that was included in ClickFORMS versions 6.5-6.7 is now out of date. All ClickFORMS users must update.

How to update to ClickFORMS 6.8
Check your ClickFORMS version
In ClickFORMS, go to the Help menu and choose "About ClickFORMS." The box that pops up will tell you the version number.
If the version is 6.8.0, you're up to date. Otherwise, you'll need to update your copy. Proceed to step 2.
Choose the right upgrade path for you
In order to update, your ClickFORMS account must be current. To get up to date with ClickFORMS, choose from these three options.
I am using ClickFORMS 6 with a current maintenance plan
You can update from within ClickFORMS right now.
From the "Help" menu, choose "Check for Updates." It's fast, simple, and hassle-free. Or if you prefer, download the update now from this website.
Note: In ClickFORMS preferences, you may elect to automatically check for updates.
I am using ClickFORMS 6 but my maintenance plan expired in the last 3 months
You'll need to renew your maintenance plan to install the new form. With ClickFORMS Maintenance, get an entire year of software updates as well as many other features to make your job easier in 2009. Once you renew maintenance, you will be able to download the update from this website.
I am using a version of ClickFORMS earlier than 6, or haven't had maintenance in more than 3 months
You'll need to upgrade to the latest version of ClickFORMS to install the new form. The final 1004MC form is not available in any ClickFORMS version earlier than 6.8.
Note: Apex 2.x is no longer supported. If you are using Apex 2 and upgrade ClickFORMS, you will need to upgrade your sketcher as well.
