Cannot Read User License File - Update
If you open ClickFORMS and get this message, this means that your license file has been corrupted.
License Error
To fix this issue:
1. Delete your User License file. Go to C:\Documents\My ClickFORMS\User Licenses\ folder and delete the file: (Your Name).lic.

2. Install the latest version of ClickFORMS. Download from AppraisalWorld's MyOffice section. Your User ID is the email address you used to signup with AppraisalWorld. If you have forgotten your AppraisalWorld Password, Click here to retrieve it.
3. After ClickFORMS is installed, open ClickFORMS and re-register using the same AppraisalWorld login. This process will re-create your license file.
4. You will need to attach a new signature file. If you know where your signature image is stored, you can attach it in ClickFORMS. From the top menu go to Tools → Signatures. If you do not know where your signature image is located, Click here for the instructions that illustrate how to create a new one.
