All versions of ClickFORMS earlier than the three most current releases will not be supported. If you need to use an older version or for some reason are not using the last supported version of ClickFORMS please contact your Account Manager at 800-622-8727.

If your Software Maintenance is current and you are not on the latest release please consider upgrading.

END OF SUPPORT FOR WINDOWS 98, 98SE AND ME


As of July 11, 2006, Microsoft will no longer provide technical support (including security updates) on Windows 98, 98 Second Edition and Windows Me. We are going to follow Microsoft’s lead and end support for these operating systems as well. However, we are going to start a few days earlier. So effective July 1, 2006, Bradford Technologies will also no longer support the use of ClickFORMS on these operating systems.

ClickFORMS will continue to run on these operating systems. However, as ClickFORMS evolves to take advantage of VISTA and new things that Microsoft comes out with, you may encounter issues on the older operating systems.

Here’s a bit more info on the operating system retirements by Microsoft:

“Microsoft is retiring support for these products because they are outdated and can expose customers to security risks. We recommend that customers who are still running Windows 98 or Windows Me upgrade to a newer, more secure Microsoft operating system, such as Windows XP, as soon as possible.”
