  • Non-members are charged a flat fee for each upgrade.
  • The upgrades include all new and upgraded forms.
  Service Fees:
  • ClickForms Re-registration $49
  • Replacement CD: $25 each + Shipping
  • Non-members are charged for all services on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Note: New and Updated forms that are added to the Forms Library will NOT be sold separately. To obtain the new or updated forms, you must purchase the software upgrade. Membership fees apply to each licensed user.
